Students from Edison Success Academy proudly represented Edison Township Public Schools at the annual Dare to Dream Leadership Conference hosted at Rutgers University, where they presented their workshop, Self-Advocacy in the Workplace. Through engaging discussion and real-world scenarios, our students shared the importance of speaking up, understanding workplace rights and responsibilities, and building confidence in professional settings. We are incredibly proud of their leadership, preparation, and willingness to inspire their peers while showcasing the valuable skills they continue to develop for future success.
